Ramping up organization to execute growth plan for 2010

The orders received in January have been anticipated since Q2 2009 and
accordingly Seamless started ramping up resources in all parts of the
organization during the autumn. The management is now being reinforced by the
employment of experienced leaders.

The new Director of Business Development Deepali Velayuthan has a solid
background in managing Go-to-market strategies in both the IT and telecom
industry. Her goal: to take Seamless further into the Mobile Money area and
spearhead the Mollet™ solution globally.

“A huge segment of the population across the world is currently not under the
purview of a banking system”, says Deepali Velayuthan, who is based out of the
Asia office in Mumbai, India. “With our product Mollet™ as hub in a Mobile
Money eco-system, these people can have a simplified bank account, a Mobile
Wallet, in their mobile phone and a big opportunity for m-commerce emerges.
Mollet™ is poised to affect a technology revolution in the Mobile Money space
and it will change lifestyles for hundreds of millions all over the world. The
features of Mollet™ make it the perfect end-to-end solution and I am excited to
spearhead this initiative.”

The latest employment of Deepali Velayuthan was as Marketing Director at
SecureComputing, the largest anti-spam and messaging security provider in U.S.
She also has a background with telecom operator Telstra in Australia, and
telecom solution providers like Nokia Siemens Networks and Technotree.

Tommy Eriksson joins Seamless as Team Leader of the project managers in the
Delivery Team at the Stockholm head office. He has worked for years in Asia and
Africa, and he is familiar with many of Seamless' existing and potential
customers. His goal: to move Seamless to another level in faster and smoother
deliveries.

“Coming from a larger company I'm impressed by the lean organisation and what
it produces”, says Tommy Eriksson. “Integrating large company tactics will
ensure a delivery process that can cope with extreme growth. The integration
work needed to launch a fully fledged mobile money eco-system needs to be taken
seriously. The launch of a Mollet™ system encompasses co-ordinated activities
from several stakeholders, on-time delivery is a must.”
