The Nomination Committee is expected to give their proposal as regards the number of Board members, the composition of the Board, Chairman of the Board, Board members' and auditor's fees and the Chairman of the AGM. The Nomination Committee has appointed Sven Rasmusson as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
