RELEASE OF MARIMEKKO'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2009                   

Marimekko Corporation's results for the year 2009 will be released on Wednesday,
3 February 2010 at 9 a.m. A briefing for the media and analysts will be held in 
Marimekko's store in the Kämp Galleria Shopping Mall, Pohjoisesplanadi 31,      
Helsinki, at 9.30 a.m.
