announces to have received information from Farm Invest Holding A/S,
Flintebakken 75, DK-8240 Risskov, CVR-number 29 79 21 19, that the company has
reduced their ownership with 432,000 shares to 304,172 shares at nominal DKK
10, corresponding to DKK 3,041,720 of the share capital in FirstFarms A/S. Farm
Invest Holding has as per today 6.45 percent of the voting rights in FirstFarms
A/S.
