Amendments to the closed-end investment fund „Parex Baltic High Yield Fund” documents

„Parex Asset Management” IPAS hereby informs that the investor meeting for the
closed-end ”Parex Baltic High Yield Fund”  took place on December 29, 2009. The
agenda of the meeting covered introduction of amendments to the Prospectus and
Fund Rules of the closed-end fund ”Parex Baltic High Yield Fund”. Financial and
capital market commission registered amendments to the documents of the
closed-end fund on January 13, 2010, which will become effective as of February
15, 2010 and according to them Fund's operating duration has been extended till
December 6, 2012.
