Coleman Cable Announces Pricing of $235 Million Senior Note Offering


WAUKEGAN, Ill., Jan. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coleman Cable, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCIX) ("Coleman Cable"), a leading manufacturer and innovator of electrical and electronic wire and cable products, announced today that it priced a private placement offering of $235 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2018 (the "Notes"). The Notes will mature on February 15, 2018 and interest on the Notes will accrue and be payable semi-annually on each February 15 and August 15, commencing August 15, 2010. Interest will accrue at a rate of 9% per annum. The Notes will yield gross proceeds to Coleman Cable of approximately $231.7 million and will be used to refinance Coleman Cable's 9.875% Senior Notes due 2012.
