You are hereby notified that Squitieri & Fearon and Bequette & Billingsley, P.A. dismisses their lawsuit against Alltel Corporation and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless. The lawsuit, filed on January 19, 2010, alleged that Verizon Wireless failed to pay appropriate severance benefits to former Alltel employees who had lost their jobs.
