Omron Introduces New Manufacturer's Representative to Midsouth Regional Sales Team

SCHAUMBURG, IL--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - Today, Omron Electronic Components LLC has announced the engagement and partnership of Manufacturer's Representative firm, Logix Sales & Marketing, as their full-time sales team for the Midsouth Region. With nine sales professionals situated in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and McAllen, Texas, they are well-positioned to cover the territory -- which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana -- in a depth not previously possible. The firm was selected upon unanimous vote following an extensive search, and their contract begins immediately.

Headquartered in Houston, Logix has been a Texas Corporation for 10 years; however, their sales professionals combine to bring Omron 139 collective years of experience in the electronics industry. They bring to Omron a very technical sales team who are focused on winning new designs through a consultative engineering approach within the telecommunications, personal computer, industrial, downhole, military, automotive, white goods and medical markets. Under the direction of Regional Management, and with the support of Omron's Product and Marketing teams, they will directly interface with Omron's authorized Distributors and OEM Customers.
