During the three months ended June 30, 2008, the Company's only production was from three of its eight wells in the Plantation field. During the three months ended June 30, 2009, and 2008, the Company had total sales, net to its interest, of 1,272 and 105 barrels of crude oil, respectively, and realized average prices of $57.66 and $126.81, respectively.
“BGOI last week announced that its senior debt restructuring has been completed, along with the forward split and the increase of its authorized shares. The Company also recently announced that the production level of the Jackson Well in the Apclark Field, operated by Westerly Exploration Inc., appears to be increasing.”
