International Business Systems (IBS) appoints Executive Vice President Corporate
Development and M&A

In response to the on-going market consolidation and to take full advantage of
potential strategic opportunities IBS has decided to appoint Christian Paulsson
in a new full time role as Executive Vice President Corporate Development and
M&A

STOCKHOLM, February 3, 2010 - International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the
leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced the
appointment of Christian Paulsson, already a member of the IBS board of
directors, as Executive Vice President Corporate Development and M&A effective
immediately. Christian Paulsson will be responsible for IBS strategic
initiatives such as strategic acquisitions and divestitures. The position has
been appointed due to the increased market activity within the ERP industry. 

Christian Paulsson has long experience as an investment banker and corporate
finance professional with previous experience from organizations such as; Deccan
Value Advisors, Lage Jonason AB, Mangold Fondkommission, Alfred Berg/ABN Amro
and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
