INET Nordic Migration Initiated Today 17.30 CET This Notice is a confirmation that the migration activities will be started today (February 5) after the markets closing auction. A summary of the planned activities and events are included. As of Monday February 8, NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, Helsinki, Iceland, Stockholm and the Baltic exchanges will launch the new trading system INET Nordic. All the Nordic and Baltic Equity and the Icelandic Fixed Income markets are transformed into the new trading system INET Nordic. The Nordic Derivatives and Fixed Income markets for Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm and Baltics are not affected by the move to the new trading platform. Oslo Bors is not affected by the migration. Friday Feb 5 - Order Books flushed and Deferred Trades Published After the closing auction in each exchange the migration will be initiated with the following activities: -All good-till-date (GTD/overnight) orders will be removed. NASDAQ OMX recommends that the members cancel orders on their own initiative after the closing auction. -For the Baltic exchanges order books will be flushed between 15.15 and 15.30 CET. -For NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm and Iceland order books will be flushed between 18.00 and 18.30 CET. To have time for this activity closed CLSD state change is moved until 18.30 for the Nordic markets. -Pending deferred trades will be published at the same time. After this NASDAQ OMX, Members, Market Data Vendors, Service Bureaus and Data Centres should initiate migration activities according to their launch plans. Saturday Feb 6 - Confidence Test On Saturday the confidence test is mandatory for all Members, Market Data Vendors. Service Bureaus and Data Centres. The confidence test includes: 11.00 CET INET and GCF will open for connectivity and reference Data Load 14.00 CET All members and Market Data Vendors should have completed the confidence test and reported the result to NASDAQ OMX. 17.00 CET NASDAQ OMX will send a message that migration is completed and confirm that INET will be launched on Monday. In case a roll back is necessary the market will be informed at this point of time. Sunday is reserved for roll back. Monday Feb 8 - INET Nordic Launched INET Nordic will be launched in the morning. The applicable market model is described in the attached market model document. Below is a short summary of the trading day and some differences compared to SAXESS. -All order books have kept their unique order book ID's from SAXESS. -Market segment numbers will not change. -The markets open according to the trading schedule specified in NASDAQ OMX Nordic Market Model. There are no major changes in trading hours but there are some differences in the open and closing auctions sessions, see below. -All order books will be empty when INET opens for order entry at 08.00 CET. -Dissemination of Equilibrium price starts 15 minutes before the opening auction. -Market orders will be allowed in the calls -At the open auction all order books are opened within a few seconds (no staggered opening). -Continuous trading starts immediately after the open auction. -Circuit breakers are discontinued on INET Nordic -Continuous trading will go on until 5 minutes before a market segments close. At that point of time the Pre-close trading sessions starts. There is no auto matching.
