John Lewis Selects Sterling Order Management for Integrated Cross-Channel Management

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - February 16, 2010) - Sterling Commerce, an AT&T Inc

agreement with John Lewis for comprehensive cross-channel retail
capabilities. Specifically, John Lewis, 'Britain's favorite retailer
2009'* and 'Multiple Department Store of the Year 2009'**, will implement
Sterling Order Management to create a
high quality and consistent customer experience across all the retailer's
customer touch points, including their website, store and call center.
