Press Release February 16, 2010 New Head of Region Stockholm appointed Björn Elfstrand has been appointed the new Head of Region Stockholm at Swedbank. Björn Elfstrand currently serves as CFO and Head of Staffs within Swedish Banking at Swedbank and has a long experience in the Swedish banking market. Over the past years, Björn Elfstrand has held a number of top positions at Swedbank, including Head of Private Market and Head of Product Area Payments. - Björn Elfstrand has a thorough knowledge of the banking market in Sweden in general and Swedbank´s retail market in particular.
