Changes in Aspiros management

In connection with the ongoing shift of focus in Aspiro, with increased
initiatives in Mobile TV, Music and Mobile Solutions, some changes are made to
the company's management team. Aspiro's CFO has also chosen to leave the company
for a new position.

Aspiro's management team will now consist of CEO, CFO, and heads of business
areas Mobile TV, Music and Mobile Solutions. Accordingly, the heads of the
Mobile Entertainment and Mobile Search units leaves the management team, but
continues in their respective roles in the company.

“Aspiro are now choosing to further expand the initiatives in our growth areas
of Mobile TV, Music and Mobile Solutions, and our management team will also
reflect this. The change is a natural consequence of the direction the company
is taking,"said Gunnar Sellæg, CEO of Aspiro.

Aspiro CFO Jostein Viksøy today announced that he has chosen to accept a
position as CFO in the Nordic company InfoCare. Viksøy started as CFO and member
of the management team of Aspiro in April 2007. He leaves his post at the end of
May. Acting CFO will be the company's Head of Finance and Accounting Jörgen
Carlsson.

“It was a very difficult decision to leave a company with so many new
initiatives, as Aspiro. At the same time I will be given a unique opportunity in
InfoCare that I just couldn't turn down "says Jostein Viksøy.
