Maastricht, February 19, 2010 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE hereby
announces that it will sell its 51% participation in Kaldron N.V. to its
strategic partner and co-investor in this project. A respective agreement
between the two parties has been signed today. The parties agreed to keep
the purchase price confidential. It is planned that the transaction will be
completed by the end of March 2010.
Navigator Equity Solutions SE has acquired the participation in Kaldron
N.V. and its subsidiary Lambion energy solutions GmbH in September 2007.
Since then, the company expanded the scope of its operating business
significantly and increased its revenues to approx. 7.5m euros in 2009.
This transaction will contribute positively to Navigator Equity Solutions
SE's earnings in the fiscal year 2010. However, consolidated total revenues
of Navigator Group will be reduced correspondingly.
With the sale of this participation the management realised a successful
exit from the investment portfolio, generating an attractive rate of
return. The respective return on invested capital for this transaction
amounts to 23% per year.
