RESULTS OF OPERATING ACTIVITIES DURING 12 MONTHS OF 2009

Unaudited (pre-tax) profit of the 12 months of 2009 - LTL 42,6 million (EUR
12,3 million) and sales income  - LTL 116,3 million (EUR 33,7 million). 
The Company has exceeded the targeted results of its performance due to:
-the increased transshipment of oil products by 8 per cent resulting in greater
sales income; 
-systematical economic usage of energy resources (gas and electricity).

Confirmation of responsible persons is submitted together with unaudited
interim financial statements for 12 months of 2009.
