The primary mission of the task force is to help educate homeowners on how to identify potential foreclosure prevention scams, and a simple method for reporting them.
Additionally, Program 3648 gears up for surge in short sales. "Business has tripled since mid Q4 2009. We have seen a recent trend of REO agents, who are now focusing a good part of their business on stopping the foreclosure process by helping to list, market and sell short sales," states Co-founder Jeremy Bowman.
