26. veebruaril 2010 toimunud korralistel AS-i A-Selver ja "SIA Selver Latvia" nõukogu koosolekutel kutsuti tagasi AS-i A-Selver ning SIA "Selver Latvia" ettevõtte juhatuse liige Iivi Saar. Eeltoodud samm on põhjendatud Läti tütarettevõtte tegevuse külmutamisega ja sellest tuleneva ettevõtte juhtimisstruktuuri lihtsustamisega. Ettevõtete juhatuse liikmena jätkab Andres Heinver.
