The Board of Directors proposes that no dividend be paid for the financial year
2009 (no dividend was paid for 2008).

Profit for the year includes total items affecting comparability of around SEK
-43 M (-22). Of this amount, approximately SEK -7 M (-13) is attributable to
the fourth quarter. 

Geographical expansion to India through the opening of a sales office in
Bangalore in December.
