Increased number of shares and votes in NovaCast Technologies AB

Registration of NovaCast Technologies AB's new shares issue has been completed. 


At the extraordinary general meeting on 24 February 2010 a unanimous general
assembly accepted the Board's decision about a private placement new shares
issue of 
40 MSEK to Fouriertransform AB. 

After registration of this issue on 25 February the number of shares in NovaCast
Technologies AB per 26 February 2010 is 20 273 828 and the number of votes is 38
994 827. The number of A-series shares after the issue is 2 080 111 and the
number of B-series shares is 18 193 717.
