The Chairman of the Board, Lars Kylberg, and the Vice Chairman, Jan Rejler, have
notified the election committee that they will not be available for re-election
at the coming Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2010. In order to preserve the
company's character of a listed family business Lars Kylberg transferred all his
shares of class A to a company completely owned by Jan Rejler.
Furthermore Peter Rejler, the president of the company, has transferred 50 000
shares of class A to Lauri Valkonen and 51 700 shares of class B to Jan Rejler's
company. Lauri Valkonen is a member of the board in the Rejler Group and was
previous one of the owners in the company's Finnish business.
