Lack of publication of board member's resignation and information to the press
about issue
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Århus Elite A/S because the
company did not publish a company announcement about the resignation of the Vice
President, when the decision was made, in accordance with rule 3.3.5 in Rules
for issuers of shares.
