Notice convening ordinary General Meeting                                       

Amagerbanken convenes ordinary General Meeting on Monday, 22 March 2010 at 19.00
at Bella Center.                                                                

Shareholders' meetings will be held on Wednesday, 24 March and Thursday, 25     
March 2010 at 18.00 at Bella Center. In Odense the shareholders' meeting will be
held on Wednesday, 14 April 2010 at 18.00 at Radisson Blu H.C. Andersen Hotel.  

Notice including agenda and complete proposals are enclosed.
