Managing Director and board member Johan Moazed and board member Hampus Hägglöf have increased their shareholding in Betting Promotion. After this transaction Johan Moazed owns 1,408,650 shares equivalent to 14.1% of issued share capital and Hampus Hägglöf owns 1,261,763 shares equivalent to 12.6%.
The shares have been sold by Key-Quest Limited and Aberford Consultants Limited. After the transaction Key-Quest owns 858,692 shares (8.6%) and Aberford owns 34,618 shares (0.3%).
