A Kidnapper Films and Brandi-Ann Milbradt production, the film is directed by Pat Kiely and Darren Curtis, produced by Pat Kiely, Darren Curtis, Kieran Crilly, and Brandi-Ann Milbradt, and written by Pat Kiely, Darren Curtis, and Matt Silver.
The film stars Montreal's Kidnapper Comedy Troupe's Darren Curtis, Matt Silver, Pat Kiely, Dan Haber, and also includes Kristin Adams (Where the Truth Lies), Paul Spence (It's All Gone Pete Tong).
"KK Downey is loosely inspired by the characters of JT Leroy and author James Frey. It is a fun, cult-like film," stated Jamie Thompson, Camelot President of Distribution.
