Postponed publication of Annual Report
Capinordic A/S unfortunately has to announce that its 2009 Annual Report will
not be published on 17 March 2010 as previously announced. The date of
publication has been postponed until 26 March 2010.
The reason is that the Financial Reporting Division of the Danish Financial
Supervisory Authority has informed Capinordic upon request that the Group's
Annual Report should include Capinordic Bank A/S in liquidation as a
consolidated entity regardless of any problems entailed, including the
uncertainties and restrictions associated with this procedure.
After the bankruptcy petition was filed against Capinordic Bank A/S on 11
February 2010, Capinordic A/S no longer has direct access to Capinordic Bank
A/S in liquidation, including to the Bank's resources. The liquidator has
informed Capinordic A/S that no audited annual report for Capinordic Bank A/S
in liquidation is currently expected to be prepared.
Capinordic A/S therefore has to carry out the consolidation of Capinordic Bank
A/S in liquidation in the Group's 2009 Annual Report on the basis of incomplete
financial information for the Bank.
