As previously communicated, NASDAQ OMX has entered into an agreement with Verizon Business to provide improved connectivity for our exchange clients. Verizon Business has built a new, enhanced customer access network for clients who connect to NASDAQ OMX Nordic systems, referred to as The Verizon Financial Network (VFN). Verizon Business is also taking responsibility to migrate the current One Access network to the new VFN architecture. This migration is either an upgrade of your current setup, or a new replacement of your connectivity, depending on your current capacity. We would like to inform you that the final phase of decommissioning and shutdown of the One Access network is on schedule. The One Access network will be shutdown and de-commissioned on April 30th, 2010 as previously reported. Please note that the One Access network shutdown is final and cannot be extended for any member due to migration delays. If you do not have a final delivery date of your connectivity solution from Verizon or your chosen Extranet provider, please contact the exchange immediately. If you have any questions regarding invoices, services or this Exchange Notice please do not hesitate to contact: Jonas Andersson +46 8 405 61 69, jonas.andersson@nasdaqomx.com Ari Peltoniemi +358 50 582 96 28, ari.peltoniemi@nasdaqomx.com Richard Gaudy +46 8 405 61 03, richard.gaudy@nasdaqomx.com Per Fröling +46 8 405 64 34, per.froling@nasdaqomx.com Best regards Nasdaq OMX Nordic
