Invitation to the Annual General Meeting The shareholders of Poolia AB (publ) are hereby invited to the AGM, to be held on Tuesday 27 April 2010 at 16:00 at the company's premises in Stockholm at Warfvinges väg 20, 5th floor. Dividend The Board of Directors proposes a dividend to shareholders of SEK 1.50 per share. It is proposed that 30 April 2010 be the reconciliation date. If the AGM passes a resolution in accordance with the proposal, it is estimated that the dividend will be issued from Euroclear Sweden AB on 5 May 2010. Election of Board Members Poolia Election Committee proposes re-election of the Board members Margareta Barchan, Monica Caneman, Curt Lönnström and Björn Örås. Per Uebel has declined re-election.
