Mr. Raymond Arias, a 28-year industry veteran who joined TEAM on January 6, 2010, has been named President of the Division and will focus on the proliferation of TEAM's settlement and ancillary services to lenders and mortgage brokers transacting more than 50 loans monthly. TEAM Lender Solutions will combine its settlement services platform with additional ancillary services from appraisal and pest control, to mobile notary services, creating a value added benefit for its lender clientele.

During his 28 year career, Mr. Arias was instrumental in the significant financial growth of Commonwealth Land Title Company.
