Election of a Swedish employee representative

At a recently ended employee election, TrygVesta's Swedish employees have
chosen Bill-Owe Johansson as employee representative in TrygVesta A/S'
Supervisory Board: 

The new member enters the Supervisory Board after the
annual general meeting in TrygVesta A/S 15 April 2010. At the same time, the
previous employee representative, Peter Mollerup, will withdraw. 

Furthermore, Birthe Petersen has chosen to withdraw as employee representative
of TrygVesta's Supervisory Board. Her substitute member of the Supervisory
Board, Tina Snejbjerg, will enter as employee representative after the annual
general meeting in TrygVesta 15 April 2010. 

After 15 April 2010, the employee representatives in TrygVesta's Supervisory
Board are: 

		- Rune Joensen
		- Bill-Owe Johansson
		- Tina Snejbjerg
		- Berit Torm
