Press release Lycksele on March 29, 2010 Lappland Goldminers publishes prospectus regarding issue of convertibles At extraordinary general meeting in Lappland Goldminers AB (publ) on March 16, 2010, a decision was taken to issue convertibles (convertible bond loan) with preferential rights for the company's shareholders. The issue will give Lappland Goldminers more than 122 million SEK before issue costs. Following the issue, the company hereby releases the prospectus which has been prepared concerning the preferential right issue of convertibles. The subscription period will begin on April 7 and end on April 21, 2010. Trading with subscription rights will take place between April 7 and 16, 2010. The prospectus is available on Lappland Goldminers web page www.lapplandgoldminers.se The prospectus along with notification form and issue accounts will be distributed to those shareholders in Lappland Goldminers AB who are directly registered in Euroclear Sweden AB commencing around April 6, 2010.
