Net Insight to reorganize its IPR portfolio

Stockholm, Sweden - Net Insight to reorganize its IPR portfolio.

In order to strengthen the focus and management of Net Insight's Intellectual
Property Rights (IPR),
Net Insight has concluded a transaction whereby the IPR has been moved to a new
wholly owned subsidiary within the Net Insight Group. While realizing the
transaction, approximately SEK 700 million out of SEK 950 million of tax losses
carried forward are utilized. At the same time there is an immediate positive
cash and result effect of around SEK 60 million.

transfer of our IPR assets to a limited liability company, future value creation
activities around the IPR will be facilitated
