Klövern has sold the property Kitteln 11 in Örebro for SEK 142 million. Possession of the property, which contains the shopping mall Kompassen, is being transferred on 9 April 2010. With the sale of this shopping mall, Klövern is continuing the concentration of its portfolio to offices in city properties and science and business parks. The property is being acquired by Pare Fastigheter II AB. The sale is taking place at book value and does not therefore entail any realised change in value. "It feels good to hand over the baton for Kompassen to a group of committed property owners with a greater focus on shopping centres", says Klövern's CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
