On April 01, 2010 , Mr Christian Dreyer, Österreich  has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on GCI Management AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005855183, WKN:
585518, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 01, 2010  and on that day amounted to 22.14% (this
corresponds to 5780700 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 22.14%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5780700 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Dreyer from Dreyer Ventures & Management GmbH  .
