Ms. Lisa Favorite, a ten-year industry veteran who joined TEAM in January 2010, has been named President of the Division and will focus on the proliferation of TEAM's ancillary services to regional and national brokers and lenders conducting more than 25 transactions monthly. To date, TEAM Resource Solutions offers pest inspection and control, moving and relocation, appraisal, natural hazard disclosure, and national mobile notary services through its direct operations and vendor alliances, and will expand its services significantly in 2010.

Lisa Favorite, a ten-year veteran of the real estate industry, received a bachelor's degree in Communication/Public Relations from Cal State University Fullerton in 1996. She also holds an Associates Arts degree in Business. From her transaction foundation, Ms. Favorite transitioned to the title insurance industry segment where she achieved significant success with Old Republic Title Company as an Account Executive serving the needs of brokers and realtors in California's Inland Empire.
Ms. Favorite's experience includes Customer Service, Strategic Markets, Subdivision, Resale Closing Unit and Business Development. As an Account Executive, she was able to assist real estate brokers, realtors, escrow officers and lenders by coupling her public relations, transactional, and communications talents with traditional industry services and materials, adding considerable value to her clients' experience. Ms. Favorite joined TEAM Nation Holdings in January of 2010.
