Aker Seafoods ASA has today on 8 April 2010 held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals to the AGM were approved. The Board of Directors now consists of: - Frank O Reite, Chair - Trine Sæther Romuld, Deputy Chair - Leiv Grønnevet - Marit Arnstad (re-elected) - Eva von Hirsch (re-elected) - Niclas Ljungblom (re-elected) - Berit Vardenær Hertz (new) Norwegian and English copies of the Minutes of the meeting is attached.
