About the concluded contracts for the purpose of consolidation of investment experience

Implementing the strategy, developed by the financial group Snoras, which owns
AS”Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as - Krājbanka) and the
investment group “Finasta Holding” (hereinafter referred to as - Finasta
Holding), Krājbanka has concluded the contracts with Finasta Holding on sale of
shares of JSC “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība”LKB Krājfondi””, JSC
“Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Asset Management””, JSC “Pirmais
atklātais pensiju fonds” and JSC IBS “Renesource Capital”   owned by Krājbanka.
The implemented strategy foresees that the investment group “Finasta Holding”
shall consolidate management of all investment assets of the group Snoras, thus
ensuring optimization and development of the investment services offered by the
Snoras group on the Latvian and Lithuanian market. 
	The transactions shall be completed after the permissions from all regulating
bodies are received, and all procedures and settlements, stipulated in the
purchase contracts, are performed. In the result of the transactions 100%
shares of JSC “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība ”LKB Krājfondi””, JSC
„Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Asset Management””, JSC „Pirmais
atklātais pensiju fonds” and JSC IBS “Renesource Capital”  shall pass into the
ownership of Finasta Holding. There will be no changes in the provision of
services to the clients of Krājbanka, the concluded contracts and terms thereof
shall remain valid. 
	AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" provides different financial services both for private
persons and legal entities, and it has the widest client service centre network
in Latvia.
