voting rights on Colonia Real Estate AG(ISIN: DE0006338007; WKN: 633800,
Cologne, Germany, have exceeded the 3 % limit of the voting rights on April
7, 2010 and amounted 3.62%. This corresponds to 1,031,524 voting rights.
All of the voting rights of Asset Value Investors Limited are attributed to
it pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
