Derivatives: Adjustment in Skanska due to extra dividend (33/10)

Skanska AB's (Skanska) Annual General Meeting (AGM), on April 13, 2010,
approved the proposed extra dividend of SEK 1.00 per share. The Ex-date is
April 14, 2010. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation
of options, forwards and futures in Skanska.
