The company, which delivers solutions to complex environmental challenges, was established by founders Gerhard Neumaier, Frank Silvestro, Ron Frank and Gerry Strobel in western New York on April 13, 1970, nine days ahead of the first Earth Day celebration on April 22, 1970.
