Loomis publishes Annual Report

Loomis' Annual Report for 2009 is now available at www.loomis.com. 

The Annual Report will be distributed by post, starting April 15, to the Swedish
shareholders that have not declined to receive a printed version. A copy of the
Annual Report can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to ir@loomis.com.
   
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 29, 2010 at 5pm
at                 Grünewaldsalen, Stockholms Konserthus, Kungsgatan 23,
Stockholm.
