Major letting to Sigma in Örebro


Klövern has let 1,500 sq.m. of office space with an annual rent of over SEK 2.3
million to the IT consultancy company Sigma in Örebro. Sigma's establishment is
important, not just for Klövern, but also for the development of the new
cooperation organisation for businesses in Örebro - Business & Science Arena.

Sigma's new premises are at the property Forskarbyn 2, generally known as
Netcity, adjacent to Örebro University. The lease has a term of more than five
years and the tenant is expected to move in on 1 August this year. Already at
the Netcity property is Inkubera whose aim is to assist newly-started businesses
to develop in an exciting environment including the university, the municipality
and the business sector.

Sigma's establishment is a strategically important part of the development of
Business & Science Arena Örebro, a new arena for knowledge- and
development-intensive businesses in the Örebro region. The organization is
supported by the Municipality of Örebro, Örebro University, the Regional
Development Council and Klövern.
