Proposal for Nominating Committee in NovaCast Technologies 

It is proposed that the Nominating Committee consist of four member. The
following persons have been proposed to the Nominating Committee in NovaCast
Technologies until the next Annual General Meeting

	Per Nordberg, (CEO Fouriertransform), independent
Jan-Erik Dantoft, (Executive Vice President Sandvik Materials Technologies,
Board member at NovaCast Technologies AB ), independent
Rudolf Sillén, (CEO Innovative Solutions R.Sillén AB, former CEO at NovaCast
Foundry Solutions AB) 
			
	Re-election

	Torsten Nilsson, independent


Per Nordberg, who represents the new partner Fouriertransform AB,  is proposed
for election as chairman of the Nominating Committee. In the event of a vacancy
before the next Annual General Meeting it is proposed that the three largest
owners of voting rights in the Company agree on a new member or members so that
the committee always consists of four members.

as well as software for methoding, simulating and process control for more
efficient production processes to the global automotive industry and its
