On April 23, 2010 trading in AS „Latvijas Tilti” shares is going to be suspended during the annual general meeting of shareholders

NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of April 23, 2010
to suspend the trading in AS „Latvijas Tilti” (LTT1R) shares on April 23, 2010
starting from 11:00, taking into account the application made by AS „Latvijas
Tilti” where the company asked the Exchange to suspend trading in Latvijas
Tilti shares during the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 23
where it is planned to adopt  material resolutions. 

Trading in AS „Latvijas Tilti” (LTT1R) shares is going to be resumed after the
information on the adopted resolutions is published on the Exchange information
system.
