Attached is a statement, dated 27th April 2010, from the Special Servicer
CorpNordic Denmark A/S, regarding the annual report for 2009. 

The statement is published in accordance with the Special Servicer Agreement,
which is described in the prospectus. 

CorpNordic Denamrk A/S considers the annual report for 2009 to deviate
significantly in a negative direction from the budget referred to in the
prospectus.
