 Communiqué from Boliden AB's Annual General Meeting, held on 27th April, 2010 

Dividend
The Annual General Meeting approved payment to the shareholders of a dividend of
SEK 3 per share for the 2009 financial year and resolved that Friday 30th April,
2010 shall be the record date for the right to receive dividends. The dividend
will be distributed through Euroclear Sweden AB on Wednesday 5th May, 2010. 
	
The Board of Directors
The Meeting resolved to re-elect the following Ordinary Members: Marie Berglund,
Staffan Bohman, Lennart Evrell, Ulla Litzén, Leif Rönnbäck, Matti Sundberg and
Anders Ullberg. Michael G:son Löw was elected new member of the Board. Michael
G:son Löw, M. Sc. (Economics), aged 58, has held the position of President and
CEO of Preem AB since 2003. He is a Board member of Preem AB, the Swedish
Petroleum Institute and the Swedish-Russian Trade Council. Anders Ullberg was
re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Anders Sundström has declined re-election.

Fees 
The Meeting resolved that the Directors' fees will be paid in the amount of SEK
900,000 for the Chairman and SEK 350,000 for Board Members not employed by the
company. The Meeting also resolved that unchanged fees of SEK 150,000 will be
paid to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and of SEK 75,000 to each of the
members of the Audit Committee. The meeting also resolved a fee of SEK 50,000 to
be paid to each of the members of the Compensation Committee.

Nomination Committee
The Meeting elected the following persons to comprise the new Nomination
Committee: Anders Algotsson (AFA Försäkring), Jan Andersson (Swedbank Robur
fonder), Lars-Erik Forsgårdh, Caroline af Ugglas (Skandia Liv) and Anders
Ullberg (Chairman of the Board).
