GlobeNewsWire on April 9, 2010, Danske Bank published Preliminary Final Terms
for the issuing of notes linked to a commodity index with the redemption price
reflecting the performance of the DJ-UBS Commodity Index. The notes are
designated “DB Råvarer 2013 Basal” (ISIN DK0030240247).
The subscription period lasted from April 12, 2010 to April 29, 2010 (both days
included), and investors have subscribed for DKK 72,400,000.
Furthermore the cap has been set at 35.50%.
