Investment AB Kinnevik ("Kinnevik") was today informed of the following changes
in ownership.
All Kinnevik shares held in the Estate of Jan Hugo Stenbeck have been
distributed. Furthermore, Sapere Aude Trust ("Sapere") has disclosed to Kinnevik
that it has established a company, Verdere Sarl, for the joint benefit of two of
its beneficiaries, Cristina Stenbeck and Max Stenbeck. Verdere Sarl is a
Luxembourg company created for the sole purpose of holding Kinnevik shares for
the long term.
The total votes and capital in Kinnevik ultimately attributable to Cristina
Stenbeck and Max Stenbeck will amount to 35.1% and 9.1% respectively. Voting
coordination will continue among Sapere, its beneficiaries and related entities.
This total voting block amounts to 48.3% and 17.4% of the capital of Kinnevik.
