Element92 Resources Corp. to Seek NASDAQ Listing


HONG KONG and CHEYENNE, Wyo., May 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Element92 Resources Corp. (OTCBB:ELRE) announced today that it is seeking a NASDAQ listing.

The Company has been in discussions with NASDAQ officials based in Hong Kong, pursuant to a listing on that exchange. NASDAQ has reserved the symbol "YIN" for the Company as we plan to change our name to Yinfu Gold shortly.
