As it was already informed, AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) has established the following subsidiary companies: SIA “LKB Rīgas īpašumi”, SIA “LKB property”, SIA “Jēkaba 2” and SIA “Brīvības 38” to administrate and manage the real estate. By establishing the said companies Krājbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity. By implementing this aim the board of Krājbanka has resolved to increase the stock capital of SIA “LKB Rīgas īpašumi” from LVL 2000 up to LVL 2'379'000 (which according to the currency exchange rate determined by the Bank of Latvia at the day of notification amounts to EUR 3'385'012) and the stock capital of SIA “Jēkaba 2” - from LVL 2000 up to LVL 2'645'000 (EUR 3'763'496). The stock capital is increased by investing into it the real estate objects owned by Krājbanka. It was also resolved to increase the stock capital of the subsidiary company SIA “Krājinvestīcijas”, by investing the funds in the amount of LVL 1'600'000 (EUR 2'276'595). After the increase the stock capital of SIA “Krājinvestīcijas” shall comprise LVL 2'132'100 (EUR 3'033'705).
